Personal information collected
In France, personal data is notably protected by the law n° 78-87 of January 6, 1978; the law n° 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, article L. 226-13 of the penal code; and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.
In any case, JINFO collects personal information relating to the user (name, address, e-mail address, telephone number) only for the purpose of the services proposed by the site.
The user provides this information with full knowledge of the facts, in particular when he/she proceeds by himself/herself to their input. It is then specified to the site’s user whether the information to be informed is mandatory or not.
Other information
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Correction of the collected personal data
Under the provisions of Article 34 of Law No. 48-87 of January 6, 1978, the user has a right to modify the personal data collected about him. To do so, the user sends to JINFO:
an email using the contact form on the site.
A letter to the address of the head office (indicated above) indicating his name or company name, his physical and/or electronic contact details, as well as the reference he would have as
a user of the site www.jinfo.fr. The modification will take place within a reasonable time from the receipt of the user’s request.
